- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs: Return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll process your refund promptly—typically within 5–7 business days after inspection.

At Ergosift, we are committed to delivering a smooth and friendly shopping experience for every customer. Please note, however, that this commitment does not extend to cases of misuse or intentional damage.
Our mission goes beyond simply selling chairs—we aim to make a meaningful social impact. Products returned in good condition are donated to local communities and organizations in need, providing ergonomic support to those who might otherwise lack access.

Intentional damage to returned items—such as spray-painting, burning, improper disassembly, or misuse—not only wastes valuable resources but also hinders our ability to aid underserved communities. Such actions are contrary to the values we stand for.
Therefore, if a product is found to be intentionally damaged, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and related fees. Ergosift reserves the right to determine whether damage resulted from misuse.
Please note that for all returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Additionally, unauthorized resale of Ergosift products undermines trust and voids warranty protection for genuine customers. Ergosift reserves the right to take legal action to protect our community and brand integrity.

- Resolution: We will promptly send out a repaired or replacement product based on the inspection results.
