Shipping Scope
We currently only support delivery to addresses within the United States.
(P.O. box addresses are not supported.) -
Shipping Method & Warehouses
We ship via FedEx Ground and dispatch orders from the nearest warehouse:

- Warehouse 2: 151 Marcellin Drive, City of Industry, California 91789, USA
Our system will preferentially ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to help minimize transit time.

- Transit time: Estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch
The above times are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to the carrier, weather conditions, seasonal peaks, or other uncontrollable factors.

- Standard shipping within the United States: Free (no additional shipping charges at checkout).

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can use this number to check the real‑time status of your package and its estimated delivery date. - Address Changes, Cancellations & Exceptions
- If you need to change your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact customer service before the order has shipped.
- If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact customer service. We will assist you in communicating with the carrier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
